About

Hi! I’m Hayden. I like to make things. On my sewing machine. Especially quilts!

I live in NYC with my boyfriend and quilter-in-training, Jorge. We’re both Queens natives, here first by chance, then by choice.

I work at Timeless Treasures Fabrics/Dear Stella Design in SoHo. Actually, that’s what got me into this mess. When I started working there in 2010, a year out of college with a BFA in Photography, I was totally oblivious to the quilting world. But it didn’t take long to catch the bug.

I started this blog to chronicle my adventures in quilting and share crafty stories with friends and family. Welcome to my little corner of the blogosphere!
